This community is developed by our affiliate build-to-rent (BTR) company, Eden Living. Eden Magnolia Village will be a Class-A community in Wildwood, Florida, directly south and adjacent to The Villages, one of the largest and fastest-growing master-planned communities in the United States.

The project is in close proximity to The Villages allowing future residents to benefit from the many amenities the community has to offer. Wildwood is located northwest of Orlando and northeast of Tampa, making it a seamless commuting distance for employment in either market.
