Movers & Shakers: Bespoke Promotes Managing Director & More
Land use/zoning attorneys launched Government Law Group, PLLC
Harlan Goldberg was promoted to senior managing director of Bespoke Florida. Goldberg will head Bespoke’s operations in South Florida along with CEO Zachary Vichinsky.
Goldberg was previously vice president of business development at Cervera Real Estate, and before that, a sales director at Douglas Elliman’s development marketing arm.
Marcus & Millichap promoted Ricardo Esteves to senior associate, working out of the Miami office. Esteves joined the company in 2018 as an associate of investments with The Issenberg & Britti Group.
Attorneys Keith Poliakoff and Neil Schiller launched the Government Law Group PLLC with Alan G. Kipnis and Richard Dewitt. The law firm will focus on municipal law, lobbying, land use, zoning and development, government contracts, public and private partnerships, code enforcement, and complex litigation. The firm will have offices in Broward and Palm Beach counties.
Leslie L. Severino joined Berger Commercial Realty/Corfac International’s Miramar office as senior property manager. Severino oversees 16 buildings in the company’s Seagis portfolio totaling 840,063 square feet in Broward and Miami-Dade. Severino was a senior property manager with NAI/Merin Hunter Codman.
The Wynwood Business Improvement District appointed Frangipani owner Jennifer Frehling, and Bruce Fischman, general counsel of Mana Miami and Mana Group at-large as new board members. The BID represents more than 400 property owners that comprise the 50-block neighborhood. The board also promoted current projects coordinator Aleksander Sanchez to operations manager.
Jeffrey Gilbert joined Saul Eqing Arnstein & Lehr’s Miami office as a partner in the commercial litigation and real estate practices.
Jacky Sasson joined apartment development firm DEN Living as director of land acquisition. Sasson was a land acquisition manager at D.R. Horton affiliate Forestar Group.
Renovo Financial will open an office in South Florida led by Zac Miller. Miller was a regional manager for Civic Financial Services. His experience in real estate finance includes brokerage, non-performing note sales and loan origination work.
