Eden at Tradition

This community is developed by our affiliate build-to-rent (BTR) company, Eden Living. Eden at Tradition will be a Class-A community in Port St. Lucie, Florida, within Tradition, which is one of the top master-planned communities in Florida.

The Build-to-Rent community will consist of 214 two-story townhomes across 16.8 acres, giving residents the comfort and privacy of a single-family living space as well as access to the upscale amenities of a luxury apartment building. All units have attached garages, driveways and fenced-in backyards.
